Sponsorship on Breakfast at Tiffany's London
CIL worked with Brown-Forman to increase awareness of their Chambord liquor and the 2009 production of Breakfast At Tiffany’s starring Anna Friel. The partnership was one of the largest in the West End equivalent to one third of the mount cost of the production which helped quickly recoup the initial capitalisation. CIL used the campaign to increase awareness of the show to potential ticket buyers in non-traditional PR such as sport, food & beverage and fashion. A “HUNT FOR HOLLY” competition for the top mixologists around the UK to create the ‘Holly Golightly‘ cocktail was entered by over 100 bar tenders in the top restaurants and hotels.
A million pound bottle of Chambord encrusted with diamonds was created for the opening of Breakfast At Tiffany’s and was shown at the London Fashion Week. Dewynters combined the sponsor activity with brands like HELLO! Magazine, Liberty’s of London and Firmdale Hotels to increase further PR coverage and awareness of the production.
